About Vale Kapmere
We build structured, drawdown-aware data analysis tools so German SMBs can make liquidity decisions with clarity instead of guesswork.
Why we started Vale Kapmere
Most financial tooling available to small and mid-sized businesses was built for either large enterprises or individual investors — rarely for the specific liquidity pressures SMBs face day to day.
Vale Kapmere was founded to close that gap. We focus on one problem: giving finance teams at SMBs a structured, repeatable way to monitor liquidity risk and drawdown exposure, powered by AI-driven data analysis rather than static spreadsheets or generic dashboards.
Our approach is deliberately narrow. Instead of trying to be a general finance platform, we concentrate on the analysis layer that sits between raw financial data and the decisions a business actually needs to make — when to hold cash, when to act, and how much risk is acceptable at any given time.
Our mission
To make structured, drawdown-aware liquidity analysis accessible to businesses that don't have a dedicated treasury or risk team.
Decisions over data
We prioritize clear, actionable output over raw data volume. Every analysis is built to support a specific liquidity decision.
Risk-aware by design
Drawdown thresholds and downside scenarios are built into our analysis process from the start, not added as an afterthought.
Built for SMBs
Our methods are shaped around the resourcing and data realities of small and mid-sized businesses, not enterprise finance departments.
What we value
These principles guide how we design our analysis process and how we work with the businesses that rely on it.
Transparency
We explain how an analysis is derived, not just what it concludes, so decisions can be understood and trusted.
Restraint
We avoid overstating certainty. Liquidity analysis informs decisions; it does not replace judgment.
Consistency
The same structured process is applied every time, so results can be compared across periods and decisions.
Focus
We stay within our area of competence — liquidity and drawdown analysis — rather than expanding into unrelated services.
